Yves Naman’s tireless imagination and passion for travel inspired him to build the ultimate boutique hotel experience. By creating Namron Hospitality, he reinvented authentic travel and dining experiences in coveted destinations in Mexico with artful decor, luxury amenities, and genuine service that leaves no detail unturned.

After launching a career in Hospitality in London, Benjamin’s passion for travel and adventure led him to St. Barth’s where he worked 8 years as Manager of the island’s most renowned restaurant and bar, Le Ti St. Barth.

Aurelie, a Parisian native, knew she was destined to roam the world seeking new inspiration to nourish her creative spirit. As Head of Marketing and Events she brings 10 years of experience working in the hospitality industry throughout the Caribbean and Miami.

Since a child, Roberto has been obsessed with order, symmetry, the color green, architecture, and design. Today he is the head designer for Namron.

She grew up in Geneva Switzerland, with a Swiss mother and her father from the Bantu Tribe in Congo. After playing various instruments throughout childhood she turned to DJ’ing and in 2012 made her mark in Tulum.

Mestiza leads a tropical regenerative agriculture project that protects and cultivates heirloom species of fruits and vegetables. They supply our property with fresh, organic, and local produce.

Originally from Argentina, Leandro has resided in Mexico since 2018, where he has evolved professionally as a photographer. His talents especially portray themselves in architecture, interior design and lifestyle scenarios.

Damman is an authentic organic and natural textile artist who lives and creates with her husband and young children in the Yucatan. She focuses on age-old weaving techniques, utilizing materials including henequen and sansevieria to create luxury goods by hand seen across Namron properties. 

Founded by husband and wife duo Jimeno and Irena, this multidisciplinary collective and music label handpicks an array of visual designers, DJs, music producers and creatives that curate spaces and events with an artistic social impact. They elicit a true and unique need to reconnect with our community and offer unparalleled experiences in Tulum with authentic, local touch and a cause.

Nantes-native Mathilde is a true design wiz that establishes a unique Namron identity across all of our properties and creative channels. She first arrived in Merida to teach visual art to children before joining as an Artistic Director at El Mundo de Diseño. Today she is the lead branding, design, and creative director at Namron Hospitality. 

A healer with more than 40 years of experience, Rosana’s therapeutic powers lie in creating rituals, ceremonies and workshops to assist people to unwind and unlock their highest potential through ancestral medicine. She designs and narrates our wellness programs at Namron for guests to reconnect with themselves and age-old healing methods.

Writer and journalist having contributed to magazines including Travel & Leisure, Vogue, The Zoe Report, Architectural Digest, etc, Angelika is the word wizard at Namron Hospitality. The Ukrainian-native, New Yorker at heart, is now living between Tulum and Mexico City, chasing inspiration across the corners of Mexico.
